This non-contact system provides wireless power to the RGVs transporting engines. The transmitter has a maximum output power of 11 kW, with a loop length of several tens of meters, and can support up to 7 RGVs operating simultaneously. The power supply for the RGV travel motors and the motors lifting the engines is fully supplied by the non-contact power system. Through HzI’s two sets of flat-type power collectors connected in parallel, it can support a maximum output of 3 kW, with an output voltage of 560 V, and can directly drive three-phase 380 V AC motors.

It is reported that this is the first application of domestically-produced non-contact power supply in RGV transportation lines within the automotive assembly field. Previously, non-contact power supply systems in this sector were mostly provided by German companies. This success is another achievement for HzI following its implementation of non-contact power supply solutions in logistics sorting, semiconductor OHT, STK, and LCD panel OHCV within AMHS (Automated Material Handling System) applications. HzI now has the capability to provide non-contact power supply and wireless charging solutions across various industry applications, fully realizing domestic replacement of products and technologies in the non-contact power supply sector, while accelerating the development of automated logistics handling solutions and equipment across industries.
