The WiDTrans™ wireless non-contact power supply technology of Shenzhen Hertz Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. originated in 2012 and began industrial application in 2019. Initially, it was developed for the application of logistics sorting equipment, and gradually expanded to fields such as mainframe factories' heavy-duty AGVs, EMS aerial transportation systems, etc. With the rapid growth of domestic AMHS system equipment, to meet the power supply requirements of domestic cleanroom environment logistics equipment, such as OHT overhead trolleys for transporting wafers in wafer factories, OHS aerial shuttle vehicles; OHCV and STK and other dedicated equipment for transporting liquid crystal panels, Hertz Innovation continued to invest in research and development and created this non-contact power supply technology with independent intellectual property rights. Currently, it is mainly applied in semiconductor chip factories, liquid crystal panel factories, mainframe factories, lithium batteries, photovoltaics, food, pharmaceuticals and other industries.
The Hertz innovative WiDTrans™ wireless non-contact power supply system is mainly composed of the following four parts:
Launch Control Box:
The mains power is rectified and inverted, and then transmitted to the resonant unit, which is then continuously supplied with a constant current to the transmitting
track cable.
Launch track cable:
A resonant system is formed by combining resonant capacitors, generating an alternating magnetic field around the cable.
Picking tool:
Collect the electrical energy generated by alternating magnetic fields;
Receiving Controller:
The electrical energy collected by the receiving coil is rectified and then output to the load.
