The Hertz Innovation (HzI) wireless non-contact power supply system has been successfully launched and put into operation in the SAIC GM Wuling final assembly workshop

    Recently, the wireless non-contact power supply system WiDTRans of Shenzhen Hertz Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully implemented in the assembly workshop of SAIC-GM-Wuling and has been officially put into operation smoothly.  

   This non-contact system provides radio power for the RGV transporting the engine. The maximum output power of the transmitting end is 11kW. The loop line is several tens of meters long and can simultaneously support up to 7 RGVs to operate. The power supply for the walking motor of the RGV and the motor lifting the engine is all provided by the non-contact power supply system.

         It is reported that this is the first time that a domestic non-contact power supply transportation line has been applied in the assembly area of the automotive factory. In the past, the non-contact power supply systems in this field were mostly provided by German companies.
