Recently, Shenzhen Hertz Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. successfully applied wireless charging in the cold chain at Yantian Port, solving a major pain point in the industry regarding charging difficulties and taking a step forward toward unmanned cold chain operations.

Cold storage operations face harsh conditions and the cold chain industry is gradually confronting labor shortages. At the same time, market competition is fierce, and automation and intelligent upgrades have become important ways to reduce costs and increase efficiency in cold storage operations. Charging difficulties have long been a challenging issue in the industry, and wireless charging technology has undoubtedly brought revolutionary changes to the cold chain.

The core of AGV wireless charging in the cold chain lies in using wireless charging technology to transmit power from the charging equipment to the AGV without contact, avoiding the problem in traditional contact charging where condensation prevents charging. In practical applications, Hertz Innovation's wireless charging not only simplifies the AGV charging process but also reduces safety risks caused by moisture.
To achieve AGV wireless charging in the cold chain, Hertz Innovation uses magnetic resonance technology, which is waterproof, dustproof, and enables efficient and stable wireless charging. Additionally, to ensure safety and efficiency during the charging process, we have designed a charging control strategy for intelligent management and data monitoring of the charging process, allowing the status to be viewed in the backend at any time.
