Recently, Shenzhen Hertz Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. successfully applied wireless charging in the cold chain of Yantian Port, solving an important pain point of charging difficulties in the industry and taking a step forward to realize the unmanned cold chain.

Cold storage operating conditions are harsh, and the cold chain industry will gradually face labor shortages. At the same time, market competition is fierce. Automation and intelligent upgrades have become important ways to reduce costs and increase efficiency in cold storage operations. The difficulty of charging is a key point that has been very difficult to solve in the industry. Wireless charging technology has undoubtedly brought revolutionary changes to the cold chain.

The core of AGV wireless charging in the cold chain is to use wireless charging technology to realize wireless transmission of power from charging equipment to AGV, avoiding the pain point of being unable to charge due to water droplets generated in traditional contact methods. In practical applications, Hertz's innovative wireless charging not only simplifies the AGV charging process, but also reduces safety risks caused by moisture issues.
In order to realize AGV wireless charging in the cold chain, Hertz innovatively uses magnetic resonance technology, which is not only waterproof and dustproof, but also achieves efficient and stable wireless charging. In addition, in order to ensure safety and efficiency during the charging process, we also designed a charging control strategy to intelligently manage and monitor the charging process, and the status can be viewed at any time in the background.
